◊Late Arrivals◊

To respect the time of both the stylist and other clients, please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled to ensure the following client’s service is not delayed. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and can be rescheduled after paying the $50 late fee.

◊Cancellations◊

If you need to cancel your appointment, please make use of the “cancel/change appointment” button in your confirmation email. If this option is not available, please call or WhatsApp the stylist. Please make all cancellations or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

I appreciate your time and believe it is reasonable to follow the same guidelines that I set for my clients. Should I need to cancel on a client due to unforeseen events with less than 24 hours’ notice, I will honour 25% off your next identical service and reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

◊No-Shows◊

If you miss your appointment without notice, you will have to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the requested service when booking a new appointment.

After two missed appointments without notice, it is necessary that you pay for your next service in full to secure your appointment date and time. This will not be refunded.

◊Service Guarantee & Refunds◊

Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your hair, please let me know within 3 days of the completion of your service. I will gladly work with you to fix it free of charge. However, due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds.

◊Health◊

For your comfort and safety, please inform the stylist if you have any allergies or if you are pregnant. During your treatment, if you experience any discomfort or any other symptoms, please alert the stylist immediately.

◊Service refusal◊

The Beauty Lab reserves the right to refuse treatments to anyone who behaves inappropriately or without the correct PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
